Some pictures from the enamel maker “Emalco Emaillerie SA” ca 1970. Verner Panton designed the wallpanels, tables and wire cubes in these pictures.
Just got a funny piece! This is a prototype for the New Wave wall/ceiling lamp. It was given to a man who worked with the artists at Holmegaard in the 80:ies. It is a bit larger and rounder compared to the serial produced version wich you see in the last pictures. It has also a […]
The view that meets you when coming down the stairs at Pantonworld – The UFO lamp “Type IV”, designed the 30:th of july 1973. (I have the dated drawing where you can see the exact date).
Pantonworld wishes you a Merry Christmas!
Something fantastic arrived last night… An orange “Visiona 2 chair” designed by Verner Panton and made in a small serie by Horlacher in 1970.
One of the best findings this year… A special edition/prototype “Partyset” from the last remaining warehouse of the german company A. Sommer. This one was showed in fairs during the years 1965-67 but these colors were not in the serial production. There are also some other special details with this one, for example the holder […]
A second “Chair with removable cover” arrived to the collection the other day. The latest one has a more pink tone over it.
A large curtain with the rare “Geometri V” design from Unika Vaev, 1960.
A little unexpected addition to the collection – a Relaxer Chair designed in 1974. This model must be a later edition.
Another thing for the collection wich I am not even sure what it is. I beleive this could be a souvenir from the giftshop at the old Der Spiegel publishing house wich could be used as a table cover. It’s quite large and measures 90 x 90 cm – the same size as the […]
Not the coolest Verner created but still something from the one and only – two rolls of wall papers from the 90:ies.
Some new pictures from the violet and the purple room.
