Today this prototype “Øreklapstol” (wing chair) arrived! It was built by Verner Panton and Erik Jørgensen in Erik´s furniture workshop 1985.

Usually I only look for first edition pieces but I couldn’t resist a rare prototype in violet made by Vitra 2002.

This prototype from Verner Panton’s design office arrived today – The Rondo chair designed for Trau in 1985. The fabric is the same as the “Chair with removable cover” but this is made in velour.
