A new Panton book with about 350 pages from Strandberg publishing in Copenhagen just came out. Since Pantonworld was contributing with ca 40 pictures + info, I planned to go there to meet Marianne Panton and others for the release venue. Then I realised I couldn’t get my scheduale together to have time for everything. […]

PANEL PROGRAMME
One fabric that I have looked for the last 10 years. A real favorite! This fabric print “Panel Programme” is based on the motive from enamel panels with kissing faces that Verner used in their house in Binningen. You can also see this design on the enamel gates outside the same house. The fabric is […]
LARGE LUNA
Another fabric for the collection that I didn´t have earlier. The large version of the “Luna” in multicolor.
INDIGO FABRIC
Another prototype fabric from Verner Panton. This was called “Indigo” and as you see in the edge, Verner´s co-worker dated it to the 6:th november 1977. As far as I know, this print never came to serial production.
SMALL WAVE FABRIC
I have never seen the Wave pattern in a small version before. It was one of the few prints I missed in the collection to have all versions of the classical multicolor prints from the 70:ies – in the sizes small, medium and large.
VIOLET PANTON CHAIR
Here you have the latest addition in the collection – a violet Panton Chair with a quite cool provinance. The former owner was Beate Uhse in Flensburg, Germany. She was one of the first female pilots in Germany. Beate was also famous for starting the first german sexshop – wich is now a big chain […]
1983 PROTOTYPE FABRICS
These four prototype fabrics from the 1983 Orbit Collection comes from a co-worker to Verner Panton.
SALON ROUGE WITH CURTAINS
Some better pictures of the Salon Rouge in progress – now with red “Mira-Tülle” curtains. For our last house I arranged the length of these curtains. Now I need to do that all over again… It is really a hard work since it´s about 30 meters width!
CANTINE CURTAINS
Next step to set up the Salon Rouge cantine was to put up some Mira-X “see through” curtains in red. These curtains doesn’t come from Salon Rouge originally but they come from another cantine Verner Panton made the interior for.
COOL PROVINANCE
Another pair of a very rare curtain in multicolored velor. “Kvadrat II” – also from the home of Verner Panton’s brother in the 70:ies. They have earlier hanged in the same place for about 40 years!
WASHING DAY
First set of curtains to be clean again. This is “Circle II” curtains from the home of Verner Panton’s brother in the 70:ies.
BLUE ROOM
Some pictures from the blue office in progress.
