If you happend to be in Chicago, USA, the nearest time you can see this exhibition at the Museum Of Contemporary Art there. Verner Panton’s Ring lamps in the picture are a loan from the Vitra Museum.
MORE FRAMES
Some more fabric frames became ready today thanks to Julian.
ANATOMIC FABRICS
I was very near to cut the blue “Anatomie Hand” fabric to make a frame but decided to first try a curtain. It is actually Verner’s own hand and ears (orange in the background) you see in the pictures.
FRAMING FABRICS
I am about to frame some of my fabrics. Here comes the first one – A “Classic” fabric with silver threads from Mira-X 1974.
TOPAN IN WHITE
Topan lamp in a white matte finish from Louis Poulsen.
FLOWERPOT CLUSTER
Just wanted to show you a cool picture. It is taken about 15 years ago in the south of Germany. The ceiling plate is covered in wall-to-wall carpet.
KARMA FABRIC FROM 1985
Test piece for Verner Panton´s “Karma” fabric. Made by Mira-X in 1985. The fabric is a little semi transparant.
POLYTHEMA CATALOGUE
Some more pictures of the Polythema catalogue with Verner Panton´s pieces from 1996. There was also some pictures from an exhibition there together with a retailer list from another designer – René Herbst.

NEW TOPAN LAMPS

OLD CURTAINS
I walked by these windows some time ago. The curtains looks like the backside of “Stripe II” curtains in multicolour (see below) but I can not really tell without seeing the frontside. I need to find the owner but it has been shutted down for many years so it will need some work.
