STOLEN LAMPS
Here comes an old picture from Søndersø-Centret at the island Fyn in Denmark. Unfortunatelly, all the 15 lamps (“Pantopendel” from 1977) were stolen in 2009 and the centre is now destroyed.
SALAMI CHAIR
The Salami Chair prototype was designed 1965. (It is called “Dux-Sessel” in german). I have now seen very interesting drawings from 1965 were Verner Panton shows different combinations of pillows for this chair. ROMANTICA CARPET
After 1 year of renovation at the attic and other rooms I will now try to get our house in order. This large Mira-Romantica carpet will now stay in the brown room for a while. Julian loves to play on it as well.
TIVOLI MEDALLION
The newest piece in the collection is the bronze medallion from the 15:th of june 1983. Verner Panton designed this 1982 for the 140:th anniversary of the Tivoli in Copenhagen. Anders Nyborg A/S was the manufacturer and 1500 copies were made. This is number 485.
LONG PANTONOVA SOFA
I got even more pictures of the XXL Pantonova sofa in Augsburg Congress Hall. To me it looks like something around 25 sitting elements built into these two sets. Here you can see more from this place: http://www.kongress-augsburg.de/aktuell/bildergalerie.html
