It is soon time to make some of the planed Panton projects. A year ago I made a big ceilingplate for 33 chromed Flowerpot lamps. I will paint this plate in purple and put it where the Globe lamp now hangs. Also, I have 60 Flowerpot lamps from the Salon Rouge. I will use 10 […]

FRAMING FABRIC
Home alone with three kids today. Everytime I try to walk away more than 5 meters, one of them wants something. So I try to make my small Panton projects next to them instead. I will try to frame this mega rare Pantonaef fabric today.
SALON ROUGE CEILING
Here you have a few of the ceiling panels from Salon Rouge. I turned some pictures upside down to just get the idea of how it looks when they are up in the ceiling together with the wall panels. Beside these panels, there are some wich will have clusters of Flowerpot lamps hanging down from […]
SALON ROUGE LAMPS
Just opened the boxes with 60 Flowerpot lamps from Salon Rouge. I haven’t had the time to do this earlier. I also realised each fabric cord for them are about four meters long so the plastic bag contains about 240 meters of cord. They will hang in sets of 10 lamps together in a formation.
MIRROR SCULPTURES
This was what I saw yesterday when I visited Scandic Hotel Europa in Göteborg – a nice set of Mirror Sculptures from Verpan!
SALON ROUGE TO PANTON WORLD
This picture was taken about 20 years ago. It is probably one of the last pictures of what use to be Verner Pantons interior design “Salon Rouge” at Emalco. I am very happy to now have this fantastic interior in the Panton World collection. The Emaillerie Corgémont (Emalco since 1971) was founded in 1932 under […]
SALON ROUGE CARPET
Here is a small sample of the carpet from the Salon Rouge. Unfortunatelly I don´t beleive there is so much hope to find any bigger pieces of it.
SALON ROUGE CANTEENE
The “Salon Rouge” was designed by Verner Panton in 1971/72. It was the canteene for the employes of Emaillerie Corgemont but also worked as a showroom for their high quality enamel pieces. Emaillerie Corgemont was the manufacturer for making the Flowerpot lamps to Louis Poulsen from the 60:ies but they also made the wall […]
SALON ROUGE TABLE
Now the table top and foot base are connected together again. This table comes from a so far “undiscovered” Panton interior called Salon Rouge. Most of the tables were destroyed and this is as far as I know the only round table left from this place.
ENAMEL TABLE
At last some more picture of the enamel interior. These pieces comes from two different places. This dining table in enamel is really big. It measures 125 x 125 cm:s and weights probably up to 60 kilos with the wooden board inside. It comes from the director of Emalliere Corgémont who was the producer of Verner […]
SPECIAL WALL PANELS
I have now unwrapped these wall panels too. Each panels measures 250 x 62,5 x 3 cm:s. The standard size for these wall panels were 238 cm tall but these are special made for an interior I will soon show you more from.
WALL COVERING PANELS
These three enamel wall panels in red originally comes from a luxury spa. The panels were made by hand at Emaillerie Corgémont in 1966. Besides them you can see a little preview of something really cool – a round table plate for one of Verners interiors in the early 70:ies. You will soon see more […]
