33 FLOWERPOT LAMPS

  At last some picture of the cluster with 33 Flowerpot lamps. This model is called “D” but you could not buy it like this in the shops. Louis Poulsen, who made these lamps from 1968 and forward, provided a sketch of different model you could build with their lamps.

THE LAMPS ARE UP

Today we mounted the heavy Flowerpot lamp-cluster in the basement ceiling. I guess I will have to re-arrange everything here. Maybe it would have been cool to have the lamp centered in the room with the large round Mira Romantica carpet under it.

WANTED

Does anyone have this type of Topan lamp for sale? I am trying to find Topan lamps with this kind of difusor. The colour of the shade doesn’t matter. I also look for matte grey, green, red or black Topan lamps, even without difusor. All matte Topan lamps from Louis Poulsen are interesting.

FLOWERPOT CLUSTER TYP D

I am getting closer and closer. This gigantic cluster (120 cm in diameter and probably over 50 kilos heavy) is almost finished. I am kind of tired to work with it so perhaps I take a little break. I need to connect all the cables together above the plate before hanging it to place.
