I don´t understand how professional painters manage this every day. Now the fourth layer is done and still some left.

THIRD LAYER
The third layer is up. Three more layers to go… Zzzz Zzzz ZZzz.
SPIEGEL LAMPS
[2jslideshow id=”35244″] Some pictures of the new Spiegel Lamps in fiberglass. The plan is to use this three together with the light red I have since earlier.
RED ROOM – SOON
Everything is now prepared to start painting the little kitchen in our new house. It will be red and I guess the paint needs about 6 layers to cover. Those strong colours are more transparant than the usual “light coloured” paint so it is a lot of work with it. I will use the red […]
WHITE ROOM
Some new pictures from the new house. The biggest room on the top floor will be white for now. We plan to have the ground floor in stronger colours.
NEW PANTONWORLD
Pieces waiting for the new rooms to be painted. Next to this aubergine room, we will make a “Salon Rouge” in red where this table + chairs will be. Another 6 layers of paint, red paint this time…
MIRA-X FABRICS
Also in the boxes… About 30 pieces of Mira-X fabrics!
RARE TABLE
Some new pictures of the new enamel table from 1967.
NEW PICTURES
Just some new pictures.
“CHAIR WITH REMOVABLE COVER”
“Chair with removable cover” was designed by Verner Panton in 1985. Only a few prototypes was made. Fritz Hansen made the steel frame and you supose to use different fabric covers from Mira-X. The shape reminds of the Cone Chair from 1959 but with a touch from the 80:ies.
VISIONA CUPBOARDS
Here comes something really cool. This is Verner’s own prototypes for the Visiona 2 cupboards in 1970. They can be opened by sliding the door inside them. I will show you more pictures later. They have the exact same diameter as the first edition Illumesa table and the table fits perfectly into the little edges […]
NEW BOBINETTE CURTAINS
These Bobinette Geometri curtains from 1960 are amongst my favorite Panton curtains. They are not easy to find and are often expensive if they come up. I try to find enough of them to cover a 950 cm long window in the new house. This pair have a width of 320 cm together and with […]
