VERNER PANTON used special and very exact NCS-colour-codes for each of his classical 8 “multicolours”
(orange, red, karmin, aubergine, purple, violet, blue and petrol).
He used one of two versions for each of these colours.
For example with the colour aubergine, he used “regular and “intensive”.
I have used the regular aubergine colour for the “AUBERGINE ROOM” but we have plans to make the colour stronger
– We will have the “intensive” aubergine there soon.
You can see the diffence in the picture. When you compare it like this, the “old” regular aubergine almost looks grey…
