Today I unwrapped the big box that came yesterday and here you can see what it was. A Pantonova Coat Stand made by Lüber in 1971. This is the chromed version and in my eyes the best looking one.

At last! Verner has now got a road of his own. The “Verner Panton-weg” is close to the Vitra designmuseum in Weil Am Rhein, Germany. Marianne Panton was there to open it (see the picture). You can read more about it here: http://www.vitra.com/en-us/collage/architecture/verner-panton-weg/

Velcome to a real MIRA-X party! (MIRA-X is the swiss company that made the biggest part of all Verner Panton fabrics). These pictures comes from a party 1985 in Hamburg. Where is that horse-dress now???

Here comes some pictures from a German fellow collector. He collects only furnitures. He just recently bought this purple armchair from the SOFT LINE SERIES made for the VISIONA 2 exhibition in Cologne. A really cool piece! (There is a SITTING WHEEL in the foreground).

My Pantonova chaise longue from 1971 was a bit bleached by the sun. I took it to a professional reupholsterer in Göteborg. He is one of the best in Sweden. I asked him if it was possible to separate all the fabrics from the cushions and then sew it back together inside out. And […]
