Another prototype Panton Chair for the collection. Both the beige and red chair below comes from the Panton Design Office.
Some quick pictures of the newest treasure in the collection… a super rare “Sitzshaukel” from 1969/70! These (also in the same color) was used at the Visiona 2 exhibition 1970. Very few was made so maybe it was standing in the Bayer ship 1970, you never know!
A cool set of 38 quality samples from different Mira-X wall-to-wall carpets. With Verner Panton’s name and adress on the box.
Usually I only look for first edition pieces but I couldn’t resist a rare prototype in violet made by Vitra 2002.
Some of the pieces from the last “Pantour”. Below you see the four “new” Cone Chairs together with other pieces I already had.
Just a quick picture of the next treasure… A super set of Cone Chairs + a low “three-fot” table from Plus Linje’s first edition, bought ca 1960 in a shop in central Copenhagen. They were at that time exhibited in the shops window out for sale and the former owner have had them since then.
My girlfriend will be so happy for this, haha!
Thanks again Mats Linder for this gift as well! This is another rare catalogue with a carpet I only seen once. The “Discos” carpet was designed in 1969 as far as I know so the catalogue should be from this time as well.
Some new pictures of the fantastic prototype of the “Light Column” from Verner Panton´s home 1971.
A little teaser of what I have been waiting for about 12 years to take over… can you see what it is?
A new piece for the collection. This is a part from a New Wave table lamp from 1984. I will probably use it for decoration or perhaps check how it looks with a lamp bulb inside. It was a bit bigger than expected.
After years with a constantly full and old phone with cracks all over the display, I just got a new Iphone X with a very good camera. Just trying it out at some pieces at home. And yes, it started to snow today as well…
