ORANGE ROOM IN PROGRESS
After some weeks without time to proceed with the painting of our rooms I now started again. Here is the first layer of the ceiling in the orange living room.

GOLDEN TOPAN AT ASTORIA 1960
Through a norweigian friend, I just now realised the Astoria Hotel in 1960 had these golden Topan lamps in the room “Gulleplet” (The Golden apple).
TOPAN
The golden Topan lamp is now up in the kitchen.
FOURTH LAYER
The fourth layer of turquoise paint are now ready. Still some smaller things as painting door frames and such are left but it’s taking shape.
PAUSA BOOK
Another thing arrived today as well. This book covers the story of the Taunus and Pausa factory that printed almost all of Verner Panton’s fabrics. Unfortunatelly it is in german wich I don’t understand very well…

THIRD LAYER
I first thought three layers of paint was ok but no… There are still stripes in the ceiling so I will give it another layer tonight.
