A vintage Unispot from Louis Poulsen is now mounted directly in the wall to light up a part of the Salon Rouge. The color of the spotlight perfectly matches the Flowerpot lamps.

It took many years but at last Pantonworld now has a complete set of original wall elements from Visiona 2 including a prototype panel wich wasn´t used at the final exhibition. Cheers! Night shoots from two sides of the new “Salon Rouge” room. The two green Visiona 2 panels will later have light in them so they correspond to the two Ring Lamps on the other side of the first wall.
Another lamp cluster is up! Kind of tricky when the cords go through the enamel ceiling like this.
After hours of work to prepare a new cluster of Flowerpot lamps, it is finally up! I will connect the electrics tomorrow. This will be another “Salon Rouge-room” with enamel table, Flowerpot lamps and enamel ceiling.
We have more lamps than plates in this familly…
Something totally unexpected happend this summer. Three original wall panels in green tones from Verner Panton’s legendary “Visiona 2” exhibition showed up from a man who worked with the Visiona fairs in the 70:ies! Marianne Panton earlier told me all green panels from the Bayer ship was destroyed after the exhibition in Köln january 1970. […]
