We have been on a roadtrip again. This time we had some VERNER PANTON fabrics from MIRA-X in sight. The familly who had it was very nice and we stayed for a long time. Even our kids were happy when they could play with their grandkids in a huge garden. Down below, you can see […]
I have got these ultra cool photos as a present from the familly we visited. And also… now I now where my sofa comes from. It is in one picture. It is made in Tranås, Sweden! I will put the pictures under “MY COLLECTION” – “LITERATURES” so you can find them there as well.
Here you can see an interview (in danish) with Marianne Panton: http://youtu.be/Jaa4w5Yuddg
Our twin boys OTIS and LEO does theirs best to look like the original PANTON picture from 1960. You can see that picture here: http://www.verner-panton.com/textiles/archive/phase/2006/ LEO:s picture looks more like a scene from Alfred Hitchcocks movie “PSYKO”, also made 1960!
As you know, I have been asking for PANTON pictures sent to me from other collectors. Here comes the next PANTON-collector that kindly sent me some pictures of his Panton collection. I really like the set of CONECHARS and CONETABLE in these pictures. ENJOY!
Today I received a package with something cool. My twin boys OTIS and LEO thought it was a yellow bench… Inside it was 12 meters of red original DRALON-fabric that PANTON used for the VISIONA 0 exhibition in Cologne 1968. It is in mint condition and perfect as furnishing fabric. It even has the original […]
HERE IS SOME NEW PICTURES FROM THE RED ROOM… 4 CHROMED AND 3 RED “FLOWERPOT” LAMPS ARE ADDED. ALSO THE 2 X 3 METERS “MIRA ROMANTICA WAVE CARPET”. I HAD THE SMALLER CARPET SINCE EARLIER. RED LIGHT IS PROBABLY THE HARDEST COLOUR OF LIGHTS TO TAKE PICTURES IN. THE MIX OF RELATIVELY “CLEAR/WHITE” LIGHT FROM […]
I JUST REALIZED THAT I HAVEN´T SHOWED YOU THIS BEFORE. “MEDIUM STRIPE” IN MULTICOLOUR. MADE BY MIRA-X IN 1969. OVER 3 METERS LONG. ORIGINALLY IT WAS 4 PIECES HANGED TOGETHER IN A PRINT FACTORY IN SWEDEN. I WILL HAVE ONE MORE BUT TWO OF THEM ARE STILL MISSING AFTER A MOVE. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL COME […]
