Last week, I got an email from a nice guy wich had this lamp in his livingroom.
I had to show it to you…
His father had bought it in 1973 and were about to throw it away before the son told him that he wanted it.

A lot of people had these lamps in the 70:ies so I guess they could be stored in peoples attics or basements somewhere.

I also have such a kind of ball lamp. My parents bought it in 1972 in Germany. It has the same colours like this one(red, purple, lavender and orange). The hanger assembly is golden.
Unfortunately a few of the balls are a little bit broken..
