Just finished the mounting of a pair of Ring lamps in the new orange room.

The lamps are early editions from Louis Poulsen with a special type of mounting for the shade. I have never seen the same besides these. Also, the lamps have a little thicker cover so the colour is a little more red than the usual orange Ring lamps. In the Louis Poulsen catalogue from 1971 you can see the recommended bulb is a 75 watt mirror-topped bulb. I use 40 watt in these wich is enough.

In the last picture you also see one of very few surviving chairs from the Astoria hotel and restaurang In Norway.
